Snakes and Ladders, Syon Park

The Northumberland Estates asked for our assistance in the design of a new indoor play facility at the Duke's southern residence, Syon Park.  Aside from the fantastic surroundings, the building benefits from a whopping 180m2 photovoltaic array on the roof and a very clever natural ventilation solution.

Fish Tank, Newton Aycliffe

We have worked closely with the client and project manager to develop tender designs for the provision of a new learner pool facility in Newton Aycliffe.  The building consists of a swimming pool aimed at babies and toddlers to assist in developing water confidence and learning to swim from an early age.  There is also a café area, multi-function room together with changing facilities.  

Dolphin Centre Refurbishment

This predominantly building services project has seen the replacement of the majority of major plant including air handling units, boilers, pumps, lighting, controls and an electrical re-wire serving the two pool halls, changing village, gym and sports hall.  This project is a great example of “team working” and wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment of the client and construction teams.
