Morar House, Helensburgh
Morar House is located in Helensburgh on the north shore of the Firth of Clyde. The 19th century property was converted into seven luxury apartments and a further five apartments were created in a modern extension.
Northumbrian Hills - Burgham Park Phase 1
This year has seen the completion of phase 1 at Burgham Park. The eight new luxury holiday homes have been designed to minimise energy consumption whilst maintaining a flexible operation given the varying occupancy patterns. Each property has an air source heat pump which serves an underfloor heating system.
Schooner Court, Hartlepool
Within the 42-bedroom apartment building, operated by Bernicia, boiler plant was replaced with new modern condensing boilers together with a new automatic control system. Each apartment was also fitted with new local control to enable much simpler and easier temperature control for the occupants. The plant replacement was undertaken during the start of the winter period and therefore temporary boiler plant was required to ensure no loss of heating to the occupants. Close contact with the contractor was required to ensure the changeover was seamless.
52 Old Elvet, Durham
This proejct was the conversion of the old gentlemen’s club into 12 modern, luxury apartments. The building services systems have been designed to integrate seamlessly with the listed character of the building whilst still providing practical and comfortable living spaces.
