Willowburn Alnwick

Works have begun on site for our latest project with Northumberland Estates.  Phase 1 of the Willowburn site will include food retail, non-food retail and a coffee drive through outlet.

Luxury Leisure, Manchester

We were asked by Admiral Gaming to provide design services for their recently acquired new premises on Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester.  The fit out include the provision of new refrigerant based heating and cooling systems together with new lights, security and life safety systems.  The project is due to complete early in 2019.

Harley Davidson, Gateshead

Working for the Jennings Group, we successfully completed the design and oversaw the installation of the new Harley Davidson store in Gateshead.  The facility involved the refurbishment of a former car showroom into an easily recognisable Harley Davidson Showroom.

Axis 19, North Tyneside

The two new industrial units on the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate have now been completed and handed over to the client, Northumberland Estates.  We have also now completed the design for the fit out of the tenant building services and these are currently being installed.  The units are being used as an offshore training facility for AIS.

Portobello Trade Park, Birtley

This year has seen the completion of the Portobello Trade Park, which can be seen from the A1 at Washington services.  The site includes seven new industrial warehouses providing 15 individual units which have achieved a BREEAM rating of “very good”.

Pets at Home, Alnwick

As part of our ongoing relationship with Northumberland Estates, we recently completed the design of the new Pets at Home store in Alnwick.  Our appointment included the provision of utilities and services for the building shell.
